Return & Refund Policy

All sales made through Victory are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds after a purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable law.

Warranty Claims

Victory products are covered against manufacturing defects according to the warranty period applicable to the product. If a product develops a manufacturing defect under normal and proper use, it may be inspected and, if the defect is confirmed to be covered by warranty, replaced in accordance with our warranty terms.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper use, accidents, physical damage, breakage, liquids or moisture, unauthorized repair or modification, incorrect installation, or any other damage resulting from customer handling or external causes.

Products showing signs of misuse or damage not related to a manufacturing defect are not eligible for replacement under warranty.

Order Issues

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that appears to have been damaged during delivery, please contact Victory as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can review the issue.
