At Victory, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every Victory product is covered by an 18-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage
If a Victory product develops a manufacturing fault during normal and proper use within the 18-month warranty period, the product will be replaced in accordance with our warranty policy.
Warranty service can be requested through any retail store carrying Victory products or directly through Victory.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage or malfunction resulting from:
- Misuse or improper use of the product.
- Physical damage, breakage, cuts, or external damage.
- Liquid or moisture damage.
- Damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper handling.
- Any damage resulting from using the product in a way other than its intended purpose.
Returns
Victory products are not eligible for return or refund after purchase.
Products confirmed to have a manufacturing defect are handled through our 18-month replacement warranty rather than through a return or refund.
Warranty Assessment
Products submitted under warranty may be inspected to determine whether the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect or by misuse, physical damage, liquids, or other conditions not covered by the warranty.
